Boston College lost to the Clemson Tigers 34-7 in Death Valley, South Carolina in a game that was close throughout. Ultimately the Eagles fell apart in the 4th Quarter and lost their 3rd consecutive game, dropping their record to 1-3 on the season. Here are some interesting statistics from the contest.

  • 7-7: The score at the end of 3 quarters in Death Valley
  • 34.5: The amount of points BC was an underdog by against the National Champions
  • 0-2: The number of touchdowns and interceptions respectively for Tiger QB Kelly Bryant, the BC secondary was shut down all day long
  • 106: Rushing yards for Bryant, although he was ineffective with his arm, he roasted the maroon-and-gold defense with his legs
  • 236: Yards gained by the Clemson running backs, mostly juniors Travis Etienne and Tavien Feaster
