BC Alum Milano Has Career Day in Bills Upset

By Nic Ferreira

Matt Milano had quite the afternoon in U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota yesterday. The second-year linebacker had a sack (the first of his career) and a fumble recovery in the Bills 27-6 win over the Vikings, however the best part of his day might have been an improbable interception that he made on his back. The ball was knocked out towards his feet, and he kicked it up to himself and secured the pick.

Milano and the Bills overcame an 0-2 start to beat the Vikings in Vegas’ biggest NFL upset since 1995. They’ll look to build off of their recent success next week when they visit the Packers at Lambeau Field.

In four years at BC, Milano accumulated 141 tackles and was a member of Pro Football Focus all-ACC First Team his senior year.
